The word 'Vastu' comes from the word 'Vaas,' which literally means 'home'. Vastu Shashtra is based on the premise that everything in our surroundings has an impact on us, from structures to cities. This guideline applies to our homes, offices, and shops as well. The arrangement of any structure we come into contact with, in fact, can have a significant impact on our mental and physical health.

Vastu Shastra is founded on the scientific notion of integrating the five basic elements - earth, water, fire, air, and sky – to produce a pleasing environment, and it is based on a very rational explanation of scientific truths and facts.
